Join the Society
Whatever your background, if you’re interested in any aspect of dress and textiles, there’s a place for you here. Memberships support us in providing a programme of regular talks and events at locations in and around Yorkshire. In return, members receive a discount on event tickets, early booking, and access to a network of like-minded enthusiasts.
Membership
Memberships are available for individuals. Students and institutions. Membership charges are kept to a minimum and an additional per capita charge made for each meeting attended towards the cost of room hire, speakers’ fees, etc. The membership period runs from January to December each year with half fees required from those joining after June.

When does membership renew? Membership renews each January
Can I come without being a member? Yes. You don’t have to be a member to come to our meetings. Members get a discount on tickets and priority booking.
