Membership, ticket purchases, refunds, and event changes.
(01) Policy
This is a draft for the committee to check before the site goes live.
Membership is for the period the committee confirms at purchase, and it is delivered by email after payment.
Ticket buyers receive confirmation and tickets by email. Please check your junk folder if they do not arrive.
Refunds and cancellations: if we cancel or postpone an event, you can choose a full refund or a transfer to the new date. Otherwise tickets are non-refundable, but you can pass yours to someone else by emailing us their name. Membership fees are non-refundable once your membership has started. To ask about a refund, email nsct.committee@gmail.com.
